FotoVideo has covered numerous corporate events over the years.
Some of these include:
Each event can be covered with video and photographs. Photographs and videos are
edited and supplied in a upmarket presentation package.
If required video work can be covered by more than one camera and there is also
an option of HD work edited to a Blu-ray disc.
Costs
Each job is quoted on individually as the needs are specific to different
events.
Generally the following would apply:
Photography
R250 per hour at the function, plus travel and accommodation as required All
photographs taken given on a disc in a presentation package, prints are extra
Video
R250 per hour at the function, plus travel and accommodation as required R250
per hour for editing. Usually 4 hours of editing is required per 1 hour of
filming.
We can incorporate Power Point presentations into the video.
The edited video is presented in a upmarket presentation package.
Additional R100 per hour will be charged for HD (Blu-ray) quality video.
Extra copies or billed at R100 per copy, bulk discounts do apply.
The above is for 1 camera, there will be additional costs for extra cameras.
Travel: Travel is calculated at R2/km by car. For work outside
of Cape Town all travel costs and accommodation will be extra. Travel costs
outside of Cape Town must be paid for before the time.
Payment: We reserve the right to ask for a R500 deposit for
each service and the balance before the finished product is handed over.
